Who doesn't like cake?
We had a lovely delivery a few weeks ago from Mufcake
Here are some more details.
Triple Belgian chocolate muffin with a triple chocolate ganach centre and chocolate and hazelnut buttercream.
This was very yummy, every chocolate lovers dream! This was Livs favourite although we did have to take off the sugar balls.
Toffee Banoffee:
Banana and Toffee muffin with a butterscotch centre and toffee buttercream.
This was my favourite, the muffin was so soft and filled with lots of yummy banana.
Seasonal Berry:
Spiced winter berry muffin topped with a lemon buttercream.
This was a lovely twist of Christmas in a muffin! The lovely berries and cinnamon made it smell of Christmas when you peeled the case away
Christmas Mufcake: mature Christmas cake with a white chocolate ganach, topped with orange, cinnamon and meringue buttercream.We all enjoyed this one, a slice of a giant one of these would be yummy after Christmas dinner :)
